Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. The return period begins on the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this timeframe to request a return authorization.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving return authorization. Late returns may be accepted at our discretion but are not guaranteed. We recommend initiating returns as soon as possible to ensure timely processing.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal inspection may not be accepted for return.
All items must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may return it to you or issue a partial refund at our discretion.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be included with your return. Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your return.
Cost of Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a defective item or incorrect product. In cases where the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure safe delivery. Uniquegiftgift is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose an untracked shipping method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received free shipping on your original order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@uniquegiftgift.world with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number and detailed return instructions.
Once you receive return authorization, package the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the return authorization number clearly visible on the outside of the package. Send the package to the return address provided in your return instructions.
After we receive your return, we will inspect the items within 5 business days. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to their nature or for health and safety reasons. These may include perishable items, personalized or custom-made products, items that have been used beyond normal inspection, and items without original packaging.
Digital products, downloadable content, and services are generally non-refundable once delivered. Gift cards and promotional items may also be non-returnable. Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure about the return eligibility of a specific item.

Custom or personalized orders may not be cancellable once production has begun. We will notify you if your order cannot be cancelled and provide alternative options.
Refund Procedure
